Independent Coach, Coaching Supervisor and Specialist in Learning and Development
My background in Hospitality, Higher Education and the Music Industry has provided me with a wealth of experience working in very different sectors with very different people and customers.
My passion is to develop people to reach their full potential, whether that be in their personal or professional life. I started my coaching career when I embarked on the ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring in Management at Goldsmiths University, London. I soon realised that this was something I enjoyed and received glowing feedback. I then went on to study towards a Coaching Supervision qualification and started to supervise other coaches. The role of coach and supervisor is incredibly rewarding and I often find that I get just as much from a coaching partnership as the coachee. Next came the delivery of a number of coaching workshops, conferences, eLearning and management courses, all of which focusing on the effective use of a coaching approach.
I live on the beautiful Isle of Wight with my daughter Alicia. We love to explore the island and find new and interesting places. I love the benefits of sea swimming and you can often find me in the waves come rain or shine.
